In case of a wrong configuration of an Hydrocal-M4 (i.e. installed for supply but configured for return) it's possible to independently perform a switch in configuration using a specific software.

PLEASE NOTE: This software is only usable if the meter measured less than 10 kWh (in both heating and cooling) and it can only work using an optical probe (UC-Cable). If the meter measured more than 10kWh it will be necessary to return it to BMeters for a reconfiguration service, not covered by the warranty.
