To install a Hydrocal-M4 thermal energy meter, first ensure that the inlet filter is clean and equipped with intact and clean gaskets on both sides.
To guarantee accurate consumption measurement, it is necessary to configure the installation direction via the NFC app or buttons so that it matches the pipe on which the meter is mounted.
For example, if the meter is installed on the return pipe, it must be configured as return. Conversely, a meter installed on the supply pipe will be configured as supply. Check the display at level 3.06 to verify the set installation version.

Incorrect configuration and thus installation in the wrong version may result in incorrect measurement in frigories instead of calories.
PLEASE NOTE: In case of error, it is possible to request the software from BMETERS technical support to change the direction, only if the consumption already recorded is NOT greater than 10 kWh.
